Atty. Şule Kurt graduated with honors degree from Istanbul Medeniyet University Faculty of Law in 2022. Her outstanding success throughout her education has demonstrated her deep knowledge and competence in the field of law.
Following her studies at the Faculty of Law, she successfully completed her legal internship, where she had the opportunity to gain extensive professional experience in various branches of law. During her internship, she gained knowledge and experience in a wide range of areas such as corporate law, commercial disputes, contract law, transportation law, tax law, intellectual property law, foreigners’ law and criminal law. These multifaceted experiences have enabled her to develop in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the field of law.
Since 2023, she has been working as a lawyer at Sungur Law Firm, providing legal consultancy services at national and international level. In this process, she has meticulously followed up the litigation and execution files of our clients and made significant contributions to the legal consultancy processes. In particular, she played an active role in the merger and acquisition processes of our clients and gained significant experience in the management of these complex processes.
